nun sind es schon weniger als 3 Wochen!
Wir stecken voll in den Vorbereitungen für unser Camp und die Zeit verfliegt bei all dem Planen, Organisieren, Koordinieren. Unterstützt uns gern, indem ihr unser Mobi-Material in eurem Umfeld verteilt und mit euren Freund*innen zum Camp kommt. 1. Camp und Aktion rücken näher – Alle Infos für eure Teilnahme sind online!
Knapp über 2 Wochen sind es noch bis zu unserem Aktionscamp und der Massenaktion bei PHW/Wiesenhof in Niedersachsen vom 12.-17 Juli.
* Das Camp wird ein Ort des Austauschs und der Vernetzung sein. Gleichzeitig wollen wir auch Menschen den Einstieg in verschiedene Protestformen ermöglichen. Hierfür organisieren wir ein umfassendesProgramm mit Workshops, Vorträgen, Filmen und einem Kulturprogramm, um Wissen und Ideen auszutauschen, gemeinsame Perspektiven zu entwickeln und uns auf geplante Aktionen vorzubereiten.
* Hier findet ihr alle Infos zum Camp, unter anderem Informationen zum Hygienekonzept, Campbeitrag, Anmeldung, Barrierearmut, Anreise, Verpflegung und eine Packliste, damit ihr hoffentlich nichts vergesst. 🙂

* Meldet euch bitte vorab an,wenn möglich, damit wir uns besser vorbereiten und auf eure Wünsche & Bedürfnisse (Allergien, Unverträglichkeiten, etc.) eingehen können. Ihr wollt aktiv das Camp oder die Aktion mitorganisieren?

6. Veranstaltungsempfehlung
29. Juni 2021, 19-20.30 Uhr, Online: „Ausstieg aus der Tierindustrie? Warum wir eine Transformation des Ernährungssystems brauchen“.
Dr. Friederike Schmitz vom Bündnis „Gemeinsam gegen die Tierindustrie“ erklärt die wichtigsten Gründe für einen Ausstieg aus der Tierindustrie, fasst die aktuelle Subventionspolitik zusammen und beschreibt Maßnahmen, mit denen eine gerechte Transformation eingeleitet werden kann – auch in Berlin. 7. Tear Down Tönnies – Prozessbegleitung
Die Prozesse gegen Aktivist*innen, die im Oktober 2019 den Tönnies-Schlachthof “Thomsen” in Kellinghusen blockierten und somit knapp elf Stunden lang den regulären Schlachtbetrieb verhinderten, gehen weiter. Mittlerweile hat es die ersten Verhandlungstermine vor den Landgerichten gegeben und weitere Prozesstermine in den kommenden Wochen und Monaten (siehe unten) sind angesetzt. Die Aktionsgruppe und alle betroffenen Aktivist*innen freuen sich über eine solidarische Prozessbegleitung, nicht nur an den Verhandlungstagen. Mit eurer Unterstützung bleibt der Mut und Motivation der Aktivist*innen für den Kampf gegen die Tierindustrie hoch (und sichtbar). Mehr Infos und Kontaktadresse findet ihr hier.

now it’s less than 3 weeks!
We are in full preparations for our camp and time is flying by with all the planning, organizing, coordinating. Please support us by distributing our mobilisation material in your area and by coming to the camp with your friends. We also have a lot of open tasks that you can take on without much preparation 🙂

1. All information for your participation is online!
Just over 2 weeks are left until our action camp and mass action at PHW/Wiesenhof in Lower Saxony from July 12-17.
- The camp will be a place for exchange and networking. At the same time we also want to enable people to get involved in different forms of protest. For this purpose we are organizing a comprehensive program with workshops, lectures, films and a cultural program to exchange knowledge and ideas, to develop common perspectives and to prepare for planned actions.
- Here you can find all the information about the camp, including information about the hygiene concept, camp fee, registration, barrier-free, travel, catering and a packing list, so that you hopefully don’t forget anything. 🙂
- Legal information (for now only in German) has been provided by our AG Antirepression (legal assistance brochure for actions in Lower Saxony, investigation committee (EA) at the camp, information about Corona and repression). Feel free to have a look and if you have any questions, please send an email (preferably encrypted) to antirepression@gemeinsam-gegen-die-tierindustrie.org (PGP-Key).
- Please register in advance, if possible, so that we can prepare better and cater to your wishes & needs (allergies, intolerances, etc.). Registration is possible via our registration form on the homepage or by mail at anmeldung@gemeinsam-gegen-die-tierindustrie.org (PGP-Key). Registration is of course voluntary and anonymous. More information about the registration can be found here.
- You can also find the action consensus online. Please read it before you come to the camp, so that we can all treat each other respectfully and individual needs can be taken into account despite a large group.

- If you live in Berlin you can pick up stickers, flyer and posters at the Asta of the TU. We would be happy if you would go and put up posters for us or distribute our material in any other way. 6. Upcoming dates
June 29, 2021, 7-8:30pm, Online: „Exit the animal industry? Why we need a transformation of the food system“.
Dr. Friederike Schmitz from the alliance „Together against the animal industry“ explains the most important reasons for an exit from the animal industry, summarizes the current subsidy policy and describes measures with which a just transformation can be initiated – also in Berlin. All info is available here.
7. Tear Down Tönnies – trial support
The trials against activists, who blocked the Tönnies slaughterhouse „Thomsen“ in Kellinghusen in October 2019 and thus prevented regular slaughter operations for almost eleven hours, continue. Meanwhile, there have been the first trial dates in the regional courts and further trial dates in the coming weeks and months (see below) are scheduled. The action group and all activists concerned are looking forward to a solidarity-based accompaniment of the trial, not only on the days of the trial. With your support the courage and motivation of the activists for the fight against the animal industry will remain high (and visible). More information and contact address can be found here.
